Which means that, if you hurt, and the hurting has gone on a long time, you need support to heal that hurt because the hurt is not just in you, it is in your connection to the world around you. You need to feel that connection, and be sustained by it. The support doesn't have to come from me - but there is no shame in not being able to heal by yourself through self-care or whatever else has been recommended to you and not helped you enough. You have to be willing to change something in order to experience something other than what you already have, but when you are ready to change you will be helped. I know many others who have travelled this road and love to share what they have learned. So please take a step, ask a question, start moving in some way, and things might change for the better.
