What is the difference between a class and a workshop?

A workshop would be more of a one-off whereas a class repeats - usually on a weekly basis.

I can offer 1:1 tuition, or if you would like to attend a regular class, I would love to set one up but we need to create a group of people who have decided that they want to set aside time to do this.

You can either message me and suggest some days / times that you would be available to attend a class in Scales and I'll keep you updated; get a group together who would like to try a class in the local village hall or similar; or talk to your wellbeing contact at work and suggest they get in touch.

Why not introduce a more revitalising 20 minute break in the work day?

How much does it cost?

If you want to come for 1:1 tuition you can have a 30 minute taster session for free. That is long enough to run through the Daily Energy Routine and answer any simple questions you have the first time OR you can learn the DER online, practice it daily for a couple of weeks, and then spend your free half hour going deeper into Eden techniques that will help your particular issues.

If, after this, you would like to learn more of the Eden way of connecting to and communicating with your body, and relieving symptoms of pain and illness by balancing your energy, I charge £45 per hour, or £65 for 90 minutes.

Teaching a group class or workshop, I would ideally be looking at charging for my time on a similar scale, plus expenses for travel / venue hire, and a little extra for time spent producing teaching materials.

Do you see energy?

No, I don't see energy - I am not very visual at all. Sometimes I can feel energy kinaesthetically, with my hands or internally, and sometimes I would describe feeling it more with my heart. When using acupoints many techniques involving waiting until 'the pulses synchronise'. That's a very interesting thing - you feel it, but what are you feeling it with? I like to describe it as the pulses singing - even though there are no words or melody - that's just how it feels.

Some of my clients do see energy during treatments in the form of swirls of colour usually. And some of my colleagues see a little from time to time, but even Donna now says that the 'feeling' or 'knowing' is more reliable than the seeing.
