Kinetic Chain Release

Kinetic Chain Release is a total-body treatment of medically and scientifically approved gentle mobilisations and stretches developed by Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. It is designed to rebalance the whole body very efficiently, thereby releasing a multitude of aches and pains and helping people recover from injuries and strains much more quickly than usual. A KCR treatment usually takes about an hour, (it may take longer if you choose to combine it with a deep reiki relaxation at the end). You can find out more about it by looking at the KCR Academy website.

My clients have made the following observations after a first treatment:
"I can now turn my head further to each side."
"I feel more balanced, and my head feels clearer."
""I feel really good, not as lethargic as I was and I have a feeling of being renewed somehow.
They have also made visible improvements in apparent leg length difference, and flexibility.
10 days after a first treatment I have had the following feedback:
"I felt really good last week, I felt more flexible, my bones didn't ache and I had more energy. I'd definitely like to have KCR again."
A few weeks after a third treatment:
"My plantar fasciitis has gone!" (Four months later, it has still not come back.)
Treatments can take place at my home in Scales, The Health Collective in Wigton, or I can offer home visits if not too far. The cost of treatments is £45 for 55mins - an hour. Concessions may be available on an individual basis. A package of three treatments is recommended for maximum benefit - this is available for £110.
